What is image analysis?

Image analysis is a method of processing digital images using special software and equipment to produce significant qualitative and quantitative results. In many areas, image analysis provides significant data that is otherwise either inaccessible, extremely time consuming or costly.

Through the combination of various steps (program development, production) we succeeded in creating a unique automated system for image analysis. This system allows to undertake a wide range of tasks in the fields of medicine and biology.

In medical laboratory diagnostics image analysis helps to recognize certain cells and structures for diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
